This 3-bedroom block of flats is a contemporary residential development designed for efficiency, comfort, and aesthetics. The structure consists of three floors (two storeys), with two mirrored 3-bedroom apartments per floor, separated by a centrally positioned staircase. Each unit is fully self-contained, complete with a visitor’s toilet, ensuring both privacy and convenience. 
DESIGN CONCEPT & APPROACH
The design prioritizes space efficiency, symmetry, and ease of access. The mirrored layout on all floors ensures balance and uniformity, while the centrally placed staircase provides smooth vertical circulation. The functional layout enhances habitability, making it a perfect fit for modern urban housing. 
SCOPE OF WORK
This project involved the architectural working drawings, providing detailed documentation for construction execution. The scope does not include mechanical, electrical, or structural designs, which should be developed by respective professionals.
