This Plaza Design, featuring shops and a warehouse, is a modern commercial development created to enhance business operations with a well-structured and visually appealing environment. The structure consists of a ground and first floor, topped with a flat roof and a parapet wall that seamlessly conceals the roofline, giving the building a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. 
ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES:
Two-Level Design: The ground and first floors are optimized for maximum space utilization while maintaining a simple yet efficient structure.
Flat Roof with Parapet: Enhances the modern aesthetic while offering structural protection.
Efficient Space Planning: The layout allows for smooth circulation, ensuring easy access for both shop owners and customers.
Natural Lighting & Ventilation: Large openings provide ample daylight and cross-ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and cooling.
Contemporary Façade: The clean lines and minimalist structure create a bold yet elegant commercial presence.
