Welcome to our Call of Duty community! We value commitment and active participation, but understand that work, school, and personal responsibilities come first. Our clan is flexible, ensuring gaming remains fun and stress-free. We prioritize a supportive, respectful environment, free from bullying and discrimination.

N/B: once you’re already in the discord>> server, you're automatically a member of the community, but joining the clan warrants deeper commitment.

If anyone ever doubts your potential or the bonds you've formed, you can have proof of your unstoppable days and the meaningful connections made within the RenderVector community.

By joining the clan, you agree to these terms and again, understand that personal commitments take precedence. The RenderVector clan wishes to house those who can actively participate in competitions, although anyone is welcome in the RenderVector gaming community, let's make moments memorable!

A) CLAN MEMBERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION
lan Tags: All members in the in-game clan must bear clan tags or provide a valid reason whereby the clan master would draft the permission format and let you post it yourself in a specified Discord channel in the RenderVector Discord community.

B) JOINING THE GAMING CLAN
Anyone can join the clan, but wont benefit when something beneficial comes up, except he/she is officially a member. To officially join the clan, you must go through the RenderVector Discord server, fill out the introduction form, and complete The pending task provided by the Clans Coordinator (if any).

C) HOSTING CLAN ACTIVITIES
In-game official clan members can automatically get registered for clan activities. Non-official members/outsiders must register for the specific activity in the Discord channel if they wish to participate, and they will receive the lobby link on Discord only.

D) MEMBERSHIP RANKS
RenderVector Gaming community ranks are only for those in the community Discord server. Read more>>

E) ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION
Members in the in-game clan will be kicked if they are online playing/spectating something else that isn't a clan activity while clan activities are ongoing. Kicked members are expected to request to rejoin the clan as soon as they can else after 48 hours they should expect pending trial tasks from the Clan Coordinator.

F) REWARDS
RenderVector Clan representatives(only) will be rewarded Data subscription, in-game COD points when they rank top 20% of the overall scoreboard in a well-organized external competition approved by the Clan master of the clan. The team manager receives a larger reward and determines how to distribute the rewards, in consultation with the clan master.

H) UPDATES AND REVISIONS
Monthly Updates: For the growth of the clan and community, the RenderVector terms and conditions will be updated every 2 months. Updates will always be posted in the Discord notification channel.
