AERIAL CINEMATOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope of Service

The service covers aerial cinematography, aerial photography, drone documentation, video editing, and related post-production services as agreed in the approved quotation or invoice.

  1. Client Brief

The client shall clearly communicate project requirements before the flight operation. Any additional requirements requested after project commencement may attract additional charges.

  1. Site Conditions

Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, visibility, site accessibility, surrounding buildings, trees, power lines, airspace restrictions, security concerns, and flight safety considerations.

RenderVector Details reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a flight where safety may be compromised.

  1. Flight Limitations

Certain views, angles, heights, or movements requested by the client may not be achievable due to physical obstacles, legal restrictions, environmental conditions, or operational safety requirements.

  1. Deliverables

Deliverables shall be limited to the items stated in the approved invoice, quotation, or client request form.

These may include:

• Edited Video
• Raw Footage
• Aerial Photographs
• Construction Progress Documentation
• Social Media Content

  1. Raw Footage

Raw footage is supplied exactly as captured and may contain unused clips, test shots, exposure variations, or footage not included in the final edited production.

Raw footage delivery attracts separate charges where applicable due to storage, handling, and data transfer requirements.

  1. Video Editing

Editing includes sequencing, transitions, color adjustments, music integration, and export of the final deliverable.

One revision round is included unless otherwise stated.

Additional revisions shall attract additional charges.

  1. Re-shoots

A completed assignment shall be deemed delivered upon submission of the agreed deliverables.

Requests for re-shoots after completion shall be treated as a new assignment and billed separately.

  1. Music Selection

Where no music is supplied by the client, RenderVector Details shall select suitable royalty-free or commercially available music at its discretion.

  1. Branding

RenderVector Details reserves the right to include its logo, watermark, or production credit on edited deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw footage shall be supplied without branding.

  1. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before mobilization.

Final deliverables, including high-resolution exports and raw footage, shall only be released upon full settlement of outstanding payments.

  1. Project Delays

RenderVector Details shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, security concerns, site inaccessibility, internet interruptions, power outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  1. Liability

While every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure successful project execution, RenderVector Details shall not be held liable for losses arising from weather conditions, flight restrictions, equipment failure beyond reasonable control, third-party interference, or circumstances outside its control.
